摘 要:针对常规商标布在使用过程中难以撕裂以及加工过程中需要高温前处理和反复酸碱处理的情况,对其进行冷轧堆以及增白脆损一浴法处理。结果表明:生物基PTT类T400织物可以应用于具备易撕裂效果的商标布用基布领域,整个加工过程无需酸碱反复处理,不仅减少了化学品的耗用,而且一浴法短流程加工也降低了常规工艺的复杂度。相较于常规前处理工序,低温冷轧堆前处理工艺可以节约水90.44%,节约电58.54%,节约蒸汽83.33%。In order to solve the problem that normal trademark cloth is difficult to tear and needs high temperature pretreatment and repeated acid-base treatment in the process of processing, it can be treated by cold pad-batch and whitening brittleness one-bath method. The results showed that the T400 fabric based on PTT could be used in the field of trademark fabric with easy tearing effect, the whole process did not need acid-base repeated treatment, and the consumption of chemicals was reduced. Compared with the conventional pretreatment process, the low temperature cold pad-batch pretreatment process could save 90.44% of water, 58.54% of electricity and 83.33% of steam.
