摘　　要：贤才思想是王符政治思想的重要组成部分,王符在《潜夫论》中详尽阐述了自己对贤才的诸多见解。运用文献法对《潜夫论》进行分析,指出王符的贤才思想主要包括划分贤才的标准、对待贤才的方法以及探讨贤才所遇困境三个方面。王符的贤才思想对当今社会人才选拔制度仍有借鉴意义。The talent thought is an important part of Wang Fu’s political thought. Wang Fu elaborated on his many opinions on talents in detail in the theory of Qian Fu Lun. By using the method of literature to analyze the text of Qian Fu Lun, in combination with Wang Fu’s personal experience and the background of the times, it is concluded that Wang Fu’s talent thought mainly focuses on three aspects:the standard of dividing talents, the method of treating talents and the dilemma encountered by talents.Wang Fu’s talent thought not only exposed the darkness of social politics at that time and the desire of intellectuals to join politics, but also provided references for the selection of talents and the establishment of system in today’s society.
