摘 要:工业生产时经常会使用高炉等设备,这些设备运行环境比较恶劣,如果企业没有进行有效管理和日常养护,未对故障问题进行及时处理,会导致设备出现严重损毁。对高炉等设备进行管理时,需要引进更加先进的技术,延长设备使用寿命,确保设备使用时能够发挥更好效果。因此,企业可以通过对设备性能进行改良,并定期开展检查工作,及时发现和处理设备运行隐患问题,进一步延长设备使用寿命。本文就高炉长寿技术应用进行相关分析和研究。The blast furnace and other equipment are often used in industrial production,and the operating environment of these equipment is relatively harsh.If the enterprise does not carry out effective management and daily maintenance,and fails to timely handle the failure problem,the equipment will be seriously damaged.When managing blast furnace and other equipment,it is necessary to introduce more advanced technology,in order to extend the service life of the equipment,and to ensure that the equipment can play a better role in use.Therefore,enterprises can improve the performance of equipment and carry out regular inspections to timely find and deal with potential problems of equipment operation,so as to further extend the service life of equipment.In this paper,the application of blast furnace longevity technology is analyzed and studied.
