主变母线桥接地点绝缘保护套的技术探讨

摘　　要：变压器是电网中的重要设备之一,其低压侧与开关柜母线通常采用母线桥连接。在母线桥的裸露部分通常会采用加装绝缘热缩套或者涂制阻燃性绝缘涂层的方式来提高母线的绝缘性能,但变电站内的验电接地等操作需要母线桥有一定的裸露部分,该裸露部分会长时间地受到盐雾、雨雪以及有害气体的腐蚀,容易出现接触不良、污秽闪络甚至小动物接触造成接地短路等问题,而且蛇类、鼠类等小动物接触金属部分导致主变压器短路跳闸的故障越来越频繁。针对此问题,提出了一种新型母线桥接地点裸露保护套。经现场应用验证,该母线桥接地点保护套可以对母线桥必要的裸露部分起到充分的保护作用,有效提高绝缘防护能力,保证电网的妥全稳定运行。Transformer is one of the most important equipment in the power grid,its low voltage side and switch cabinet bus is usually connected by bus bridge.In the exposed part of the bus bridge,insulation heat shrink sleeve or flame-retardant insulation coating is usually installed to improve the insulation performance of the bus.However,the operation of electric grounding in the substation requires the bus bridge to have some exposed part,which will be corroded by salt spray,rain and snow and harmful gas for a long time.It is easy to have problems such as poor contact,dirty flashover and even short circuit caused by contact with small animals.Moreover,the fault of short circuit tripping of main transformer caused by contact with metal parts by small animals such as snakes and mice is more and more frequent.In order to solve this problem,a new type of bare protective cover for bus bridge point is proposed.The field application shows that the protective cover can fully protect the bare parts of the bus bridge,effectively improve the insulation protection ability,and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
