摘　　要：针对肥田煤矿在国内一流企业自动化改造后自动化设备未能正常投入使用存在的3个问题,通过分析结果,增加了带有声音的视频系统,处理了联锁不可靠和SCADA系统问题,实现了减人提效。This paper attempts to analyze the three problems existing in the failure of the automation equipment to be put into normal use after the automation transformation of the domestic first-class enterprises in Feitian Coal Mine.Through the analysis results,the video system with sound is added,the problems of unreliable interlocking and SCADA system are solved,and the role of reducing personnel and improving efficiency is realized.
