摘　　要：文章通过对某站停电工作后的安全围栏设置情况进行分析,从各方面判断目前安全围栏的利弊之处,并针对其存在的缺点,有针对性地研究设计出一种新型便携一体式快速收发安全围栏,该围栏可有效解决目前使用过程中存在的问题,进而提高工作效率,保障人员安全,降低人力、物力成本。Based on the analysis of the security fence setting after a power outage in a station,this paper judges the advantages and disadvantages of the security fence currently used from all aspects.Aiming at the shortcomings of the security fence,a new portable integrated fast receiving and transmiting security fence is designed,which could solve the problems existing in the current use process,improving work efficiency,ensuring work safety,and reducing human and material costs.
