摘 要:自动焊接设备在工作时受外部工作条件的干扰,极易导致系统的故障,因此,针对存在的事故识别不完全的现象,本文开展了自动焊接设备事故状态分析技术的研发。通过事故现场检验技术,建立事故检验方法数据,设定事故报警范围参数,重建事故点程序,通过设置事故信息处理系统,可以精确定位事故点,并分析事故状态。在设计方面,通过模拟实验环境,证明了新采用的技术在实际使用中能提高事故点的确定个数,具有实际市场推广价值。Automatic welding equipment suffers from the interference of external working conditions when working,which is very easy to cause system failure.Therefore,in view of the incomplete of accident identification in the above methods,this paper has carried out the research and development of automatic welding equipment accident state analysis technology is carried out.The accident inspection method data is established through the accident site inspection technology,and the accident alarm range parameters are set.Reconstruction of the accident point program can accurately locate the accident point and analyze the accident status by setting up the accident information processing system.In terms of design,it is proved that the newly adopted technology can increase the number of accident points in actual use by simulating the experimental environment,and has practical market promotion value.
