超特高压电网运检数字化班组建设模式研究

摘　　要：文章针对当前超特高压电网安全运行要求提高、运检管理难度加大、数字化和精益化管理水平有待提升等问题,探讨超特高压电网运检数字化班组的建设模式,从支撑智能化、业务在线化、作业移动化、信息透明化、管理精益化5个维度开展数字化班组建设,推动基层人员作业模式转型和运检效率提升,保障电网安全和可靠供电。In view of the current problems such as the increasing requirements for safe operation of ultra-high voltage power grid,the increasing difficulty in operation inspection management,and the need to improve the level of digital and lean management,the construction mode of the digital operation inspection team of ultra-high voltage power grid is discussed,and the construction of the digital team is carried out from five aspects:equipment intelligence,business online,operation mobility,information transparency and management lean,so as to promote the transformation of the operation mode of grass-roots personnel and the improvement of operation inspection efficiency,ensuring safe and reliable power supply of the power grid.
