摘  要:采用无水三氧化二铝和氧化钡为二元催化剂,十六碳脂肪酸先与环氧乙烷发生聚合反应,再用环氧丙烷封端,最后通过甲基化反应引入末端甲基,得到PO封端的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE。将FMEE进一步与氯磺酸反应得到磺化盐FMES。测试FMEE和FMES的泡沫性能、HLB值、乳化力、分散力等。单因素实验结果表明,FMEE和FMES以质量比为1∶1进行复配可获得最佳精练效果。将非离子PO嵌段FMEE与阴离子磺酸盐FMES作为精练剂的主体表面活性剂,复配渗透剂伯烷基磺酸钠PAS-80、无磷螯合剂乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠EDDHA-Na以及其他助剂得到精练剂,应用于染厂的坯布前处理,毛效、白度、强力等指标均符合工厂的要求。Using anhydrous aluminum oxide and barium oxide as binary catalysts,the hexadecyl fatty acid is first polymerized with ethylene oxide,then capped with propylene oxide,and finally the terminal methyl group is introduced through the methylation reaction to obtain PO terminated fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate FMEE.The FMEE is further reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to obtain the sulfonated salt FMES.The foam performance,HLB value,emulsifying power,dispersing power and other properties of FMEE and FMES are tested.The results of single factor experiment show that the best scouring effect can be obtained when the mass ratio of FMEE and FMES is 1∶1.The nonionic PO block FMEE and anionic sulfonate FMES are used as main surface active agents of the scouring agen,and the scouring agent is obtained by compounding the penetrating agent primary alkyl sulfonate sodium PAS-80,the phosphorus-free chelating agent ethylenediamine di-o-phenylacetate sodium EDDHA-Na and other auxiliary agents.It is used in the pretreatment production of grey fabric in dyeing factories,and the indicators such as wool efficiency,whiteness and strength all meet the requirements of the factory.
