摘  要:以蒽醌-1-磺酸钠作为C.I.分散黄65及其衍生物合成的起始原料,经过硝基化反应还原成氨基,再经过杂环化得到中间体C,收率为27%。分别以苯甲酰氯、丁酰氯、丙酰氯作为酰基化试剂,得到成品Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,收率分别为95%、78%、82%。Sodium anthraquinone-1-sulfonate was used as the starting ingredient for the synthesis of C.I.Disperse Yellow 65 and its derivatives.The intermediate C was obtained by nitration and reduction to amino group,followed by heterocyclization,with a yield of 27%.Benzoyl chloride,butyl chloride and propionyl chloride were used as acylation reagents to obtain finished productsⅠ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,and the yields were 95%,78% and 82%,respectively.
