摘  要:设计、生产了一种阻燃夏飞行服面料,集成了阻燃、耐磨、透气、防水、防油、抗静电等综合功能,可用于空勤飞行服的研制。面料采用永久阻燃芳纶纤维,添加了导电纤维,采用紧密纺纺纱工艺,后期采用三防整理和蒸呢工艺。各项性能测试结果显示,面料满足防护需求提出的全部性能指标要求。A flame retardant summer flight suit fabric is designed and produced,which integrates flame retardant,wear-resistant,breathable,waterproof,oil-repellent,anti static and other comprehensive functions,and can be used for the development of flight suits.The fabric is manufactured from permanent flame retardant aramid fiber with additional conductive fiber through a compact spinning process.Three-proof finishing and tweed steaming are then used to finish the cloth.According to the findings of every performance test,the fabric satisfies every performance index criterion put out by the protection demands.
