岩佐茂的循环型社会构建思想及其启示

摘　　要：当代日本著名马克思主义学者岩佐茂,面对废弃物引发的环境问题,从环境破坏与经济活动之间的必然联系入手探讨旨在实现可持续发展的环保型循环社会的建构问题。他确立了“人与自然共生”的循环型社会建构理念,提出了“环保优先”的循环型社会发展前提,并指出建设循环型社会的根本出路是生态社会主义。这种环保优先的循环型社会构建理念,对我们深刻理解经济发展与环境保护的内在逻辑关系、实现人与自然的和谐共生、推进中国特色社会主义生态文明建设具有重要的借鉴意义。In the face of environmental problems caused by waste, Shigeru Iwasa, a contemporary Japanese Marxist scholar, from the inevitable connection between environmental damage and economic activities, has explored the construction of an environmental protection circular society aiming to achieve sustainable development. He established the concept of “symbiosis between man and nature”,put forward the premise of “environmental protection first”,and pointed out that ecological socialism is the fundamental way for the construction of a circular society. This concept of environmental protection first and recycling society construction has important enlightening significance for us to deeply understand the internal logical relationship between economic development and environmental protection, realize the harmonious co-existence between man and nature, and promote the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
