摘 要:典型高峰小时交通量的确定在民用运输机场规划与设计中发挥着重要的作用,是机场规模与设施容量预测的基础。目前典型高峰小时定义指标众多,不同定义指标计算出的机场典型高峰小时需求不一致。因此,需要研究一种相对精准且统一的方法来确定不同民用运输机场典型高峰小时交通量。为实现上述目标,结合民用运输机场交通量重复离散的数据特征,提出了基于改进Kneedle算法的拐点检测方法,应用于北京首都国际机场和昆明长水国际机场航班起降架次数据集,该方法可确定不同机场排名曲线中首个拐点位置和对应的航班起降架次,以此作为机场典型高峰小时需求,并与常用的标准繁忙率(SBR)、繁忙小时率(BHR)、年度高峰月的平均日高峰小时(ADPM)、年度两个高峰月的平均日高峰小时(ADTPM)四种典型高峰小时定义指标计算得到的高峰小时航班起降架次及排名曲线中对应位置分别进行了比较验证。研究结果表明,同一典型高峰小时定义并不适用于不同民用运输机场,而使用改进Kneedle算法能够准确确定机场典型高峰小时交通需求,具有更广泛的适用性。The determination of a typical peak hour traffic volume plays a critical role in the planning and design of civil transport airports.In addition,it is the basis for predicting the airport scale and facility capacity.Many indicators are used to define typical peak hours,and the peak hour demand calculated using different definition indicators is inconsistent.Therefore,a relatively accurate and unified method should be developed to determine the typical peak-hour traffic volume of different civil transport airports.The data of civil transport airports is repeated and discrete to achieve the above objectives.In this study,an inflection point detection method based on an improved Kneedle algorithm was developed.Based on the flight datasets of the Beijing Capital International Airport and Kunming Changshui International Airport,this approach can be applied to determine the first inflection point in the ranking curve and the corresponding flights as the typical peak hour demand of the airport.The results were compared with the flights calculated based on the standard busy rate,busy hour rate,average daily peak hour in the annual peak month,the average daily peak hour of the two peak months of the year,and the corresponding positions in the ranking curves.The research results show that the same definition of typical peak hours does not apply to different civil transport airports.The improved Kneedle algorithm can precisely determine the typical peak-hour traffic demand of airports and has broader applicability.
