摘  要:近年来不孕妇女在体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)支持下妊娠率提高,然而部分患者在IVF-ET后未成功妊娠,提高反复种植失败(recurrent implantation failure,RIF)妊娠率成为亟待解决的难题。人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,hCG)共培养自体外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)宫腔灌注是改善RIF患者妊娠结局的新型治疗方法,在改善子宫内膜容受性及宫内微环境中发挥重要作用。本文对hCG共培养自体PBMC宫腔灌注在RIF中的应用进行综述,旨在对改善RIF妊娠结局机制进行探讨。In recent years,in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)improves the pregnancy rates in patients with recurrent implantation failure(RIF).However,some patients did not get pregnant successfully after IVF-ET.Improving the pregnancy rates in patients with RIF becomes a difficult problem to be solved.Intrauterine administration of autologous human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)-activated peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)is a new treatment to improve pregnancy outcome and plays an important role in improving endometrial receptivity and intrauterine microenvironments.This article reviews the application of intrauterine administration of autologous hCG-activated PBMC in RIF,in order to discuss the mechanism of improving the pregnancy outcome of RIF.
