摘  要:以22个杂交水稻品种为材料,采用室内淹水直播试验,分析了胚芽鞘、成苗率、株高、根长、根数、地上部干物质量、地下部干物质量等指标性状表现,并基于主成分分析和隶属函数法鉴定评价了晚熟中稻直播品种萌发期的耐淹能力。结果表明,直播水稻萌发期经过淹水胁迫后,根长、地上部干物质量和地下部干物质量等3个指标的耐淹性系数较低,平均值为0.21~0.25,表明受淹水胁迫的影响最大。主成分分析表明,前4个主成分的特征值分别为3.39、2.13、0.97和0.86,贡献率分别为42.36%、26.59%、12.08%和10.79%,累计贡献率为91.82%。其中,第1主成分主要由株高、根长、成苗率的耐淹性系数决定,其包含的信息量占总体信息量的42.36%,可作为晚熟中稻直播品种萌发期耐淹能力鉴定的主要指标。在主成分分析的基础上进行聚类分析,在欧氏距离0.19处将22个供试水稻品种的耐淹能力分为强、中、弱3个等级。其中,耐淹性相对较强的杂交水稻品种有7个,包括荃优华占、川优6203、深两优1177、渝香203、旌1优华珍、隆两优黄莉占和宜优2108。Twenty-two hybrid rice varieties were used as materials to analyze the characteristics of coleoptile,seedling rate,plant height,root length,root number,aboveground dry weight and underground dry weight by means of indoor flooded direct-seeding experiment.Based on principal component analysis and subordination function method,the submergence tolerance of direct-seeding late-maturing medium rice varieties was evaluated.The results showed that the submergence tolerance coefficients of root length,aboveground dry weight and underground dry weight were low,with an average value of 0.21~0.25,indicating that the submerging stress had the greatest effect on rice germination.Principal component analysis showed that the eigenvalues of the first four principal components were 3.39,2.13,0.97 and 0.86,with a contribution rate of 42.36%,26.59%,12.08%and 10.79%,respectively,and the cumulative contribution rate at 91.82%.Among them,the first principal component was mainly determined by the submergence tolerance coefficients of plant height,root length and seedling rate,which accounted for 42.36%of the total information,and could be used as the main indexes for submergence tolerance identification of direct-seeding late-maturing medium rice varieties at germination stage.On the basis of principal component analysis,cluster analysis was conducted to classify the submergence tolerance of 22 tested rice varieties,and they were grouped into three grades:strong,medium and weak at Euclidean distance of 0.19.Among them,there were seven hybrid rice varieties with relatively strong submergence tolerance,including Quanyou Huazhan,Chuanyou 6203,Shenliangyou 1177,Yuxiang 203,Jing 1 You Huazhen,Longliangyou Huanglizhan and Yiyou 2108.
