高配合力优质水稻温敏核不育系爽1S的选育与应用

摘　　要：爽1S是湖南杂交水稻研究中心用隆科638S与两用核不育系中间材料D115(茉莉丝苗/N118S)杂交后经长沙、浏阳和三亚等地选育而成的水稻温敏核不育系,具有不育起点温度低、配合力强、异交率高、抗性好、米质优等特点,2019年12月通过海南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。利用该不育系已选配出爽两优132、爽两优华占、爽两优138和爽两优1143等9个组合通过国家或省级审定,组合优质率近90%。此外,2022年有10个爽两优组合申报国家审定或省级审定。Shuang 1S,derived from the cross between Longke 638S and the breeding material of dual-purpose genic male sterile line D115(Molisimiao/N118S),is a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)line in rice developed by Hunan Hybrid Rice Research Center through pedigree selection in Changsha,Liuyang and Sanya.It has the characteristics of low critical sterility-inducing temperature,strong combining ability,high outcrossing rate,good resistance and excellent grain quality.Shuang 1S was registered by Hainan Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in December 2019.There have been nine hybrid combinations derived from Shuang 1S such as Shuangliangyou 132,Shuangliangyou Huazhan,Shuangliangyou 138 and Shuangliangyou 1143 registered and released for commercial production at the provincial or national level,of which nearly 90%belong to the high-quality rice variety.In addition,there were 10hybrid combinations derived from Shuang 1S applied for variety registration at provincial or national level in 2022.
