高配合力优质长粒粳稻不育系嘉禾112A的选育与应用

摘　　要：嘉禾112A是嘉兴市农业科学研究院以BT型粳稻不育系嘉禾212A为细胞质供体,嘉禾112为细胞核供体进行杂交,再经多代回交转育而成的优质、长粒、早熟粳型三系不育系,具有不育性稳定、异交结实率高、配合力好、米质优等特点,2020年通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定。利用该不育系配组的嘉科优11等6个杂交组合已通过国家或省级审定。Jiahe 112A,derived from the testcross between BT-type CMS line Jiahe 212A and Jiahe 112 and followed by successive backcrosses,is a new early-maturing long-grain japonica CMS line with fine grain quality in rice developed by Jiaxing Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It has the characteristics of stable male sterility,high outcrossing rate,high combining ability and good grain quality.It was registered by Zhejiang Crop Variety Arrpraisal Committee in 2020.Six hybrid combinations such as Jiakeyou 11 derived from Jiahe 112A have been registered and released by the national or provincial crop variety appraisal committees.
