摘　　要：P143是以扬稻6号为母本与从国际水稻研究所引进的IR69713-127-2-1-3-2R杂交选育而成的两系恢复系。该恢复系株叶形态好,花粉量大,千粒重大,配合力强,生育期适中,含Pi9和Pita 2个抗稻瘟病基因,穗期耐高温能力强。已配组Y两优143等5个杂交组合通过品种审定,并在南方稻区有较大推广面积。P143,derived from the cross of Yangdao 6 as the female parent and IR69713-127-2-1-3-2R introduced from International Rice Research Institute as the male parent,is a restorer line of two-line hybrid rice.It has the characteristics of good plant type,heavy pollen load,heavy grain weight,strong combining ability,moderate growth period,carrying two blast-resistant genes of Pi9 and Pita and strong heat tolerance at heading stage.Five hybrid combinations derived from P143,such as Y Liangyou 143,have been registered and released to commercial production,and have a large area of extension in southern rice areas.
