摘  要:目的探讨合理情绪疗法(Rational-Emotive Therapy,RET)对急诊科护士压力应对方式、职业倦怠感的影响。方法选取2019年3月1日至2020年2月29日连云港市中医院急诊科护士36名为观察对象,均为女性。比较RET实施前(2019年3月1日至8月31日)、实施后(2019年9月1日至2020年2月29日)护士压力应对方式、心理健康状况及职业倦怠感的差异。结果RET实施后,36名护士压力应对方式问卷解决问题、合理化、求助维度评分高于实施前,幻想、退避、自责维度评分低于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。RET实施后,急诊科护士Maslach倦怠量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory,MBI)量表3个维度评分与总分较实施前降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。RET实施后,36名护士焦虑、抑郁评分均低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论为急诊科护士提供合理情绪疗法干预能有效改善其心理健康状况,调整压力应对方式,降低职业倦怠感。Objective To explore the influence of rational-emotive therapy(RET)on stress coping style and job burnout of nurses in emergency department.Methods Thirty-six nurses in the emergency department of Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 1,2019 to February 29,2020 were selected as observation subjects,all of whom were female.The differences of nurses'stress coping style,mental health status and job burnout were compared before the implementation of RET(from March 1 to August 31,2019)and after the implementation of RET(from September 1,2019 to February 29,2020).Results After the implementation of RET,the scores of 36 nurses on the dimensions of problem solving,rationalization and help for stress coping style questionnaire were higher than those before the implementation,while the scores on dimensions of fantasy,withdrawal and self-blame were lower than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of RET,the scores and total scores of Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)for nurses in emergency department were lower in three dimensions than before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of RET,anxiety and depression scores of 36 nurses were lower than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of RET to the psychological intervention of emergency nurses is beneficial to improve their stress coping style and mental health status,and reduce job burnout.
