摘 要:目的探究基于知信行(Knowledge,Attitude,Practice,KAP)理论的健康教育模式对变应性鼻炎患者知信行水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月期间柳州市人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的120例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用整群便利抽样法将其分为对照组与研究组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施基于KAP理论的健康教育模式干预,观察比较两组患者知信行水平、临床疗效及生活质量的变化。结果实施基于KAP理论的健康教育模式干预后,研究组患者认知、信念、行为及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对变应性鼻炎患者实施基于KAP理论的健康教育模式干预后,可有效提高患者知信行水平,改善临床疗效,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of health education model based on knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)theory on the level of knowledge,practice and quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the otolaryngology department of Liuzhou People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.Cluster convenience sampling method was used to divide them into control group and study group with 60 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group implemented health education mode intervention based on KAP theory on this basis.The changes of knowledge,practice,clinical efficacy and quality of life in the two groups were observed and compared.Results After the intervention of health education mode based on KAP theory,the knowledge,attitude,practice and total score of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was significanlty higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementing health education mode intervention based on KAP theory for patients with allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the level of knowledge and practice of patients,improve clinical efficacy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
