摘　　要：临床护士心理健康水平是影响住院患者满意度及治疗康复效果的重要保证。通过对近2年临床护士心理健康水平及影响因素、评价工具、干预措施及效果等进行综述,为构建临床护士心理健康干预和评价体系,提升临床护士心理健康水平提供参考。The mental health level of clinical nurses is an important guarantee that affects the satisfaction of inpatients and the effect of treatment and rehabilitation.In this paper,the mental health level and influencing factors,evaluation tools,intervention measures and effects of clinical nurses in recent 2 years were summarized,so as to provide reference for the construction of clinical nurses'mental health intervention and evaluation system and the improvement of clinical nurses'mental health level.
