陈皮、莱菔子、大腹皮治疗胃动力功能障碍经验——仝小林三味小方撷萃

摘　　要：胃动力功能障碍属于中医脾胃病范畴,是临床常见病。胃动力功能障碍初期,多为实证,日久正气消耗,可由实转虚。仝小林教授认为,胃动力功能障碍实证的核心病机为壅、湿,因此化壅、燥湿是其治疗大法。陈皮、莱菔子、大腹皮是仝小林临床常用的治疗胃动力功能障碍实证的三味小方。陈皮为理气健脾之要药,临床常从9 g起步,逐步加量至15 g,最大用量达30 g。莱菔子利气宽中,消食导滞,临床常用剂量为15~30 g;大腹皮行气导滞,利水消肿,临床常用剂量为9~15 g。3味药组成治疗胃动力功能障碍实证的核心药物。Gastric motility dysfunction,belonging to the category of spleen and stomach diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,is a common clinical disease.In its early stage,the disease is mostly manifested as excess syndromes,but with the depletion of vital qi over time,those excess syndromes may transform into deficiency syndromes.According to Professor Tong Xiaolin,the core pathogenesis of these excess syndromes in gastric motility dysfunction is qi congestion and dampness,so its principal treatment method is resolving qi congestion and dispelling dampness.Dried tangerine peel,radish seed and areca peel are the three minor prescriptions commonly used by Tong Xiaolin in his clinical treatment of the disease.Dried tangerine peel is primarily used to regulate qi-flowing for strengthening the spleen,with its dosage initiating from 9 g,gradually increasing to 15 g,and with a maximum dosage up to 30 g.Radish seed can act to promote qi circulation and alleviate stagnant qi in middle jiao,to resolve food stagnation,with a commonly used clinical dosage range of 15-30 g.Areca peel can be used to promote qi movement and remove food stagnation,induce diuresis for removing edema,with a commonly used clinical dosage range of 9-15g.The three drugs constitute the core for the treatment of excess syndromes in gastric motility dysfunction.
