摘 要:食品工业产生的含脂肪族、芳香族、糖类、酚类等有机废水,具有机物含量高,难降解,成分复杂等特点。若不经处理直接排放会严重污染环境。高级氧化技术能有效去除废水中难降解有机物,通过产生强氧化性的原位自由基,将食品工业废水中有机污染物矿化成为H_(2)O、CO_(2)等小分子物质。对电化学氧化、芬顿、臭氧氧化、光催化氧化、空化、过硫酸盐氧化法等食品工业废水处理方法的研究,并展望高级氧化技术在食品工业废水处理领域研究前景和发展趋势。The food industry produces organic wastewater containing aliphatic and aromatic components,saccharides,phenols,etc.,which has the characteristics of high organic content,degradation resistance,and complex composition.If discharged directly without treatment,it will seriously pollute the environment.Advanced oxidation technology can effectively remove the hard-to-degrade organic compounds in food wastewater,and mineralize organic pollutants in food industry wastewater into small molecules such as H_(2)O and CO_(2)by generating strong oxidizing in-situ free radicals.In this paper,the research status of food industry wastewater treatment methods was proposed,such as electrochemical oxidation,Fenton O3oxidation,photocatalytic oxidation,cavitation,and persulfate oxidation.The mechanism,advantages,and disadvantages of these methods were summarized.Finally,the research prospect and development trend of advanced oxidation technology in the field of food industry wastewater treatment were forecasted.
