摘 要:硫化物对活性污泥的活性有较强的抑制作用,N-酰化高丝氨酸内酯类化合物(AHLs)类信号分子在污水处理过程中发挥着重要作用,但其对受硫化物影响的活性污泥活性的作用尚不明确。为探究AHLs类信号分子对污水处理过程中活性污泥活性的影响,通过试验考察了AHLs不同投加量对活性污泥活性以及微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,硫化物会抑制活性污泥系统内源AHLs的分泌,低浓度(0<c≤50 nmol/L)AHLs的投加可提高活性污泥活性,当c=50 nmol/L时,活性污泥活性提高10.6%,分枝杆菌属(Mycobacterium)和冻胶菌属(Zoogloea)相对丰度分别提高2.8%和2.1%,COD和NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率分别提高16.3%和20.5%,出水水质得到改善。Sulfide has a strong inhibitory effect on the activity of activated sludge.N-acylated homoserine lactones(AHLs)signal molecules play an important role in the sewage treatment process,however,the effect on the activity of activated sludge affected by sulfide is still unclear.To explore the influence of AHLs on the activity of activated sludge in the sewage treatment process,the effects of different dosages of AHLs on the activity of activated sludge and the structure of microbial community were investigated through experiments.The results showed that the sulfide can inhibit the secretion of endogenous AHLs in the activated sludge system,and the addition of low concentration(0<c≤50 nmol/L)AHLs can increase the activity of activated sludge,when the c=50 nmol/L,the activity of activated sludge increased by 10.6%,the relative abundance of Mycobacterium and Zoogloea increased by 2.8%and 2.1%,respectively,and the removal rate of COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N increased by 16.3%and 20.5%,respectively.The effluent quality has been improved.
