摘  要:采用“混凝-二级A/O”组合工艺处理垃圾转运站渗滤液,并分析了梯级驯化过程中一级AO的微生物群落组成。结果表明,pH在7.5时,0.4 g/L聚合氯化铝与20 mg/L聚丙烯酰胺配合使用混凝效果最佳;一级A/O池、二级A池和二级O池水力停留时间分别为48 h、48 h和24 h时,出水COD、NH4+-N去除率最高达83.85%和94.67%。通过高通量测序技术对梯级驯化中一级AO反应器微生物群落进行分析,发现优势菌门为Proteobacteria,A池主要菌属为Candidatus-Competibacter和OLB14,O池主要菌属为Candidatus-Competibacter、SC-I-84和C10-SB1A。The"coagulation-two-stage AO"combined process was used to study the treatment of the leachate in the garbage transfer station,and the microbial community composition of the first-stage AO in the cascade domestication process was analyzed.The results showed that when the pH was7.5,the coagulation effect of 0.4 g/L polyaluminum chloride and 20 mg/L polyacrylamide was the best;When the hydraulic retention time of the firstlevel AO tank,the second-level A tank and the second-level O tank were respectively 48 h,48 h and 24 h,the effluent COD and NH4+-N removal rates were as high as 83.85%and 94.67%;Using high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the bacterial communities in the first-level AO reactor in the cascade domestication,it was found that the dominant bacteria phyla were Proteobacteria.The main species in reactor A were CandidatusCompetibacter and OLB14,and the main species in reactor O were Candidatus-Competibacter,SC-I-84 and C10-SB1A.
