高滤速、低滤层下的反硝化深度脱氮研究

摘  要:针对浙江绍兴柯桥江滨污水处理厂气浮池出水TN难以达标的问题,提出采用高滤速、低滤层的反硝化生物滤池(DNBF)中试装置进行深度脱氮处理。考察了上升流速、碳氮比及碳源种类对DNBF脱氮效果的影响。结果显示:历时14 d即完成滤池的挂膜启动,滤速以18~19 m/h为最佳,投加C/N以3.92~4.17为宜;相对于乙酸钠,甲醇为碳源时,COD出水低于进水的概率更高,调控全过程中出水TN均达标排放。为实际污水厂的提标改造和反硝化深度脱氮工艺提供了参考。Aiming at the difficulty in reaching the standard of the total nitrogen(TN)of the flotation tank effluent in Keqiao Jiangbin Sewage Treatment Plant,Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province,the tertiary treatments of nitrogen removal with high filtration speed and low filtration layer in denitrifying biological filter(DNBF)were put forward.The effect of different rising speeds,carbon sources and the ratios of carbon to nitrogen required were studied.The results showed that after 14 d start-up,the hanging biofilm completed,the design filtration speed was 18-19m/h,and the most appropriate C/N ranged from 3.92 to 4.17.Compared with sodium acetate filter,the effluent COD in methanol filter was lower.In the whole process of regulation,all the effluent TN reached the standard.It provides a reference for the upgrading of deep denitrification in sewage plant.
