摘 要:以实际校园生活污水为处理对象,考察了净化槽在冬季低温条件下的挂膜情况、脱氮特性和微生物种群结构。结果表明,接种污泥后填料上附着的生物膜生物量逐渐增加,第23天单个纤维束组合填料、聚氨酯方粒形填料、聚丙烯颗粒柱状填料的生物量分别为1352.0 mg/个、256.8 mg/个、148.8 mg/个。系统有机物去除和脱氮性能逐步提高,第20天的出水COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN去除率分别为77.45%、98.0%和63.0%。三种填料生物膜在10℃低温条件下的硝化负荷分别为8.93 mgNH_(4)^(+)-N/(gVSS·d)、13.63 mgNH_(4)^(+)-N/(gVSS·d)、20.71 mgNH_(4)^(+)-N/(gVSS·d)。高通量测序表明纤维束组合填料、聚氨酯方粒形填料、聚丙烯颗粒柱状填料的shannon指数分别为4.21、4.81、4.82,其Nitrospira比例分别为0.93%、1.20%和1.32%,聚丙烯颗粒柱状填料物种多样性最高,硝化菌丰度最高。The biofilm formation,nitrogen removal performance,and microbial structure of the johkasou under low temperature in winter were investigated to treat campus domestic sewage.The results indicated that the biofilm biomass attached to the filler gradually increased after seeding sludge,and the biomass of fiber bundle composite filler,polyurethane square particle filler,and polypropylene granular cylindrical filler were 1352.0,256.8,148.8 mg-1on 23th day,respectively.The performance of organics and nitrogen removal was gradually improved,and the removal efficiency of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TN were 77.45%,98.0%,and 63.0%on 20th day,respectively.The NH_(4)^(+)-N removal loads of the three different biofilm under10℃were 8.93 mgNH_(4)^(+)-N/(gVSS·d),13.63 mgNH_(4)^(+)-N/(gVSS·d),and 20.71 mgNH_(4)^(+)-N/(gVSS·d),respectively.The shannon index of three different biofilms were 4.21,4.81,and 4.82,respectively,and the proportion of Nitrospira were 0.93%,1.2%,and 1.32%,respectively.Polypropylene granular cylindrical filler is more conducive to enrich the nitrifiers with the highest diversity.
