摘 要:做好膜浓缩后高浓盐水的硬度软化是保障蒸发结晶系统稳定运行的关键。工程实践和实验结果表明,膜浓缩后残余阻垢剂的持续阻垢作用严重制约了化学法硬度软化的效果。其中,在相同阻垢剂投加量下,含磷阻垢剂对浓水软化的抑制作用高于无磷阻垢剂,进一步实验表明,有机类药剂(壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚)和无机药剂(石灰)两类不同化合物在消减膜浓水中残余阻垢剂的持续抑制软化作用明显,投加后高浓盐水的硬度去除率分别可提高7.04%和10.66%,硬度去除率最高可达到96.51%。在实际应用中石灰作为双碱法的辅助药剂的投加成本为0.04元/t,可进一步提高高密池硬度去除率约6.83%,保障了后续微滤膜分离系统的稳定运行,生产和经济效益明显。Softening the hardness of highly concentrated brine after film concentration is the key to ensuring the stable operation of the evaporation and crystallization system.Engineering practice and experimental results showed that the continuous scale inhibition of residual scale inhibitors after membrane concentration severely limits the effectiveness of chemical hardness softening.The inhibiting effect of phosphorus scale inhibitors on concentrated water softening is higher than that of phosphorus-free scale inhibitors under the same scale inhibitor dosage.The further experiment results showed that the organic reagents A and inorganic reagent B as two kinds of different compounds had an effect of suppression in water softening under the cutting membrane residual scale inhibitor concentration.The hardness of highly concentrated brine after the dosing removal rate can be increased by 7.04%and 10.66%,respectively.The maximum hardness removal rate can reach 96.51%.In practical application,the cost of adding agent B is 0.04 yuan/t,which ensures the stable operation of the subsequent membrane system and evaporation crystallization system,and it has obvious production and economic benefits.
