摘　　要：[目的/意义]深入理解二十大报告中对高质量发展要求,探讨文献情报工作高质量发展道路。[方法/过程]梳理文献情报工作的发展新阶段、新理念、新格局的特征和内涵,深刻认识文献情报工作的新理念及其内涵。[结果/结论]数字化、开放、数据化、智能化是当前文献情报工作的发展显著特征,新时期文献情报工作应以数据化、智能化、决策化为要素构建新发展格局。To deepen the understanding of the requirements for high-quality development in the report of the 20th National Congress of CPC,and to sort out the characteristics and connotations of the new stage,new concept and new pattern of library and information service,indicate that digitalization,openness,data and AI are the significant characteristics of the current development of library and information service,and propose to build the new paradigm of library and information service based on the data,intelligence and decision-making in the new era.
