摘  要:传统烟叶调制造成了严重的生态环境问题,而生物质成型颗粒燃料原料的收集、贮存、运输难度大及成本较高成为了制约生物质烤房推广和发展重要因素。为推进烤烟绿色低碳循环发展,提出了一种烟秆碎片烘烤烟叶的生物质碎片燃料密集烤房工艺。基于装烟室建立数据模型,通过Fluent软件对其烘烤时流场进行系统分析并通过试验验证。模拟结果表明装烟室内温度及速度分布较均匀,不同阶段上下层烟叶平均温差在2 K左右,叶间风速平均为0.3 m/s,上下层叶间风速平均差值为0.06 m/s,试验结果显示温度和速度的相对误差小,模拟数据可用来做流场系统分析,且烤后烟叶均价提升了1.15元/kg,生物质碎片燃料可替代煤炭完成烟叶烘烤,具有广阔的应用前景。The traditional tobacco curing mainly coal-burning has caused serious ecological and environmental problems,and the difficulty of collecting,storing and transporting biomass pellet fuel materials and the high cost have become the important factors restricting the promotion and development of biomass dense barn.In order to promote the green and low-carbon development of flue-cured tobacco,a kind of tobacco stalk fragments to bake tobacco leaves of biomass fragments fuel dense barn was proposed,the data model was established based on the smoke chamber,and the flow field during baking was systematically analyzed by Fluent software and verified by experiments.The simulation results showed that the distribution of temperature and velocity in the tobacco-packing room was uniform,the average temperature difference between upper and lower tobacco leaves at different stages was about 2K,the average wind speed between leaves was 0.3m/s,and the average difference between upper and lower leaves was 0.06 m/s.The experimental results show that the relative error of temperature and velocity issmall,and the simulation data could be used for systematic analysis of flow field.The average price of tobacco leaves after roasting increased by 1.15 yuan one kilogram,and the biomass fragments fuel could replace coal to complete tobacco curing,which had broad application prospect.
