摘  要:通过研究空预器的低温腐蚀、积灰行为,提出了降低SO3浓度、采用耐腐蚀材料、优化运行方案、加强吹灰管理等预防措施,以提高空预器的运行可靠性,确保锅炉机组能够长周期、安全稳定运行。Air heater has problems such as blockage and leakage,which result in drop of heat exchange efficiency of air heater,riseof average annual coal consumption and pollutant emissions,bringabout safety risks and economic losses.In this paper,by studying the low-temperature corrosion and ash accumulation behavior of the air heater,preventive measures are proposed such as reducing concentration of sulfur trioxide,using corrosion-resistant materials,optimizing the operation scheme,and strengthening sootblowing management,which improves the operational reliability of air heater and ensures boiler long-time and safe operation.
