摘  要:智能制造需要自动化、网络化、数字化的技术支撑,需要信息通信技术(ICT)与工业的深度融合,在钢铁行业的设计过程中充分考虑多功能、多目标协调智能设计,开发出以新一代数字化技术为支撑的智能化控制模块。山钢日照公司2050 mm热连轧生产线实现了基础自动化和过程自动化的先进性设计,如自动板型控制系统PCFC、智能轧制纠偏系统ASC和超快冷技术UFC等,在此基础上设计开发出基于大数据的多功能智能化模块,如全流程的质量监控系统PQA和微观组织-力学性能预报系统MPPS等,为后续数字孪生技术的开发和应用奠定基础,最终实现2050 mm热连轧产线向智慧车间发展。Intelligent manufacturing needs the technical support of automation,networking and digitization,and the deep integration of information and communication technology(ICT)and industry.In the design process of the iron and steel industry,taking into account the late developing advantages,fully considering the multi-functional and multi-objective coordinated intelligent design,an intelligent control module supported by a new generation of digital technology has been developed.The 2050 mm hot rolling production line of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd.has realized the advanced design of basic automation and process automation,such as PCFC,ASC and UFC systems,etc.Based on the above systems,the big data-based multi-functional intelligent modules have been developed,including PQA and MPPS,which provides a basis for the development and application of digital twin technology,thus building a smart workshop of 2050 mm hot rolling production line.
