摘 要:介绍了各类常规脱硝技术的优缺点,阐述了新型生物钙(BSNCR)技术脱硝原理及在轧线加热炉上的应用和效果。BSNCR技术施工占地面积小,无需对烟道进行大幅度改造,同时加热炉工艺、排烟温度满足最佳脱硝温度区间,脱硝效率85%以上,解决了加热炉废气NO_(X)排放超标的技术难题。This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of various conventional denitrification technologies,and expounds the denitrification principle of new biological calcium(BSNCR)technology and its application and effect in rolling line reheating furnace.The BSNCR technology covers a small area and does not require a large-scale transformation of the flue.At the same time,the furnace process and flue gas temperature meet the optimal denitrification temperature range,and the denitrification efficiency is over 85%,the technical problem of NO_(X) emission exceeding the standard of heating furnace was solved.
