温脾降糖方对2型糖尿病炎症因子及肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨温脾降糖方对2型糖尿病炎症因子及肠道菌群的影响.方法选取80例2型糖尿病脾虚湿热证患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组.对照组给予阿卡波糖治疗,观察组在此基础上加用温脾降糖方.比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、生化指标、炎症因子水平、肠道菌群及中医症状积分的变化.结果治疗后两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、TC、LDL-C、IL-6、TNF-α、肠杆菌水平均显著下降(P<0.05),IL-10、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、拟杆菌水平均显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论温脾降糖方联合阿卡波糖可以降低血糖、血脂及炎症水平,调节肠道菌群,改善临床症状.Objective To explore the effect of Wenpi Jiangtang Prescription on the inflammatory cytokines and intestinal microflora of type 2 diabetic patients.Method A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes of spleen deficiency and dampness-hot blockage syndrome were recruited and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with acarbose,while the observation group were given Wenpi Jiangtang Prescription additionally.The clinical efficacy,biochemical indicators,levels of inflammatory cytokines,intestinal flora and TCM symptom scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,TC,LDL-C,IL-6,TNF-αand Enterobacter of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05)while levels of IL-10,Bifidobacteria,Lactobacillus and Bacteroidetes increased significantly(P<0.05),the clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenpi Jiangtang Prescription combined with Acarbose can reduce blood glucose,blood lipids and inflammation levels,regulate intestinal flora as well as improve clinical symptoms.
