摘　　要：《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)于2022年1月1日正式生效。本文阐述了RCEP对于成员国图书出版贸易合作的重要意义,分析了中国与RCEP成员国间传统出版物贸易格局和数字出版贸易格局。在新时代社会主义文化强国建设战略下,中国图书出版业应把控好内容源头,重视数字化平台载体的赋能作用,运用RCEP贸易投资便利措施以及完善的知识产权保护体系,积极开展对外投资合作,推动中国与RCEP成员国出版贸易高质量发展,更好地服务构建新发展格局和文化强国建设,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌。The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) officially entered into force on January 1st, 2022. This paper expounds the significance of the RCEP for the book publishing trade cooperation among the member states, and analyzes the trade pattern of traditional publications and digital publications between China and RCEP members. Under the strategy of developing a strong socialist culture in the new era, China’s book publishing industry should control the source of content, attach importance to the enabling role of digital platform, make use of RCEP trade and investment facilitation measures and perfect intellectual property protection system. Besides it should also actively carry out overseas investment and cooperation, and promote the high-quality development of publishing trade between China and RCEP members, then it will better serve the development of a new pattern of development and the building of a strong cultural country, and make new achievements in socialist culture.
