摘  要:针对某低品位难选钼矿石进行了提高钼精矿回收率的试验研究。该矿石中含有绿泥石、透辉石、角闪石等易泥化矿物,且辉钼矿有少量被氧化影响其可浮性,为低品位难选钼矿石。针对这种现状,研究发现AT药剂能较好地解决细泥对选矿的影响,HHJ-1能较好的提高该矿石中辉钼矿的可浮性,最终试验可获钼品位55.24%,钼回收率67.99%,硫化钼回收率为94.26%的试验指标。For a low-grade refractory molybdenum ore,an experimental study on improving the recovery rate of molybdenum concentratse was carried out.The ore contains chlorite,diopside,hornblende and other argillaceous minerals,and the molybdenite contains a small amount of oxygen which affects its floatability.It is a low-grade refratory molybdenum ore.In view of this situation,it is found that AT agent can better solve the influence of fine mud on the beneficiation,HHJ-1 can better improve the floatability of molybdenite in the ore.The final test can obtain the indices with the molybdenum grade of 55.24%,the molybdenum recovery rate of 67.99%,and the molybdenum sulfide recovery rate of 94.26%.
