摘  要:对钼酸铵晶体计量学研究表明:十钼酸铵饱和溶液是制备规则型十二钼酸铵晶体的优秀晶种和前驱体。十二钼酸铵晶体是未来粉末冶金钼粉的最佳原料。精准控制十钼酸铵饱和溶液的制备工艺条件包括:第一,是氢离子指数(μH=1.60)的理论计算及其计量学平衡的精准控制;第二,有温度的紊流体系内完成饱和溶液的制备和保存,备用于后续十二钼酸铵晶体的转化之用。对钼酸铵晶体结构学研究表明:规则型十二钼酸铵的结构为六棱柱形貌,是由单层蜂窝状微晶叠加和组装而成。The research on the metrology of ammonium molybdate crystal shows that the saturated solution of ammonium decamolybdate is an excellent seed and precursor for the preparation of regular ammonium dodecamolybdate crystal.Ammonium dodecomolybdate crystal is the best material for molybdenum powder metallurgy in the future.The preparation conditions of saturated solution of ammonium dececamolydate include:firstly,the theoretical calculation of hydrogen ion index(μH=1.60)and the precise control of metrological balance;Secondly,the saturated solution is prepared and preserved in a turbulent system with temperature for the subsequent conversion of ammonium dodecolybdate crystal.The research on the structure of ammonium molybdate crystal shows that the regular ammonium dodecolybdate has a hexagonal prism morphology,which is composed of a single honeycomb microcrystal superimposed and assembled successfully.
