摘 要:为了取代贵金属钌基钎料(4Ru-Mo-62Ni),开发出了钨镍共晶钎料(21W-79Ni),对比研究两者连接钼和钨的高温钎焊性能,并采用SEM、EDS和XRD等方法分析焊缝和断口的界面显微组织与成分。结果表明:4Ru-Mo-62Ni钎料和21W-79Ni共晶钎料焊接所得界面处的剪切强度分别为20.1和42.6 MPa,且后者的断裂处在母材附近,而前者则位于焊缝中。究其原因,4Ru-Mo-62Ni钎料中的Ru会固溶于Mo和Ni,作为固溶相分散在接头中,但在渗入母材Mo之前,Ni会和钎料中的Mo形成共晶相,使接头结合强度并不高;而21W-79Ni钎料中的W与母材Mo形成固溶相,Ni和Mo一起渗入W中,形成牢固的结合接头。To replace the precious metal ruthenium-based solder(4Ru-Mo-62Ni),the 21W-79Ni eutectic solder was developed,and the corresponding high temperature brazing properties to connect Mo and W were also compared.Moreover,SEM,EDS,and XRD were used to analyze the microstructure and composition of the weld seam and fracture.The results show that the shear strength at the interface welded by 4Ru-Mo-62Ni and 21W-79Ni is 20.1 MPa and 42.6 MPa,respectively.Besides,the fracture of the latter is near the matrix,while the one of the former is located in the weld seam.The reason is that Ru in the 4Ru-Mo-62Ni solder is solidly soluble in Mo and Ni,and disperse in the joint as a solid solution phase,but Ni and Mo in the solder has formed an eutectic phase before penetrating into the Mo matrix,so that the joint binding strength is low.However,W in the 21W-79Ni solder forms a solid solution phase with the Mo matrix,and Ni and Mo penetrate into W together,forming a strong bonding joint.
