摘 要:根据水电解制氢装置工艺特点,在装置上开展了危险与可操作性分析方法的应用研究。在HAZOP分析时,明确了分析范围和目的,划分了节点,确定了引导词,分析了风险偏差及潜在后果,并在分析现有保护措施的基础上,制定了风险管控强化措施,以期能提高装置的本质安全和运行人员对风险辨识和管控能力,确保制氢装置的安全运行。According to the process characteristics of hydrogen production by water electrolysis,the application research of hazard and operability analysis method is carried out on the unit.In the HAZOP analysis,the scope and purpose of the analysis are defined,the nodes are divided,the guide words are determined,the risk deviation and potential consequences are analyzed,and the strengthening measures of risk management and control are formulated based on the analysis of existing protection measures,so as to improve the intrinsic safety of the unit and the ability of operators to identify and control risks,and ensure the safe operation of hydrogen production unit.
