摘  要:针对乌东煤矿顺层钻孔施工过程中发生卡钻、顶钻及排渣不畅导致钻孔不能正常施工的情况,通过现场考察及理论分析后可知,造成喷孔和卡钻的主要原因是钻杆使得钻孔孔径变小,从而影响了瓦斯和煤粉颗粒的排出,使得内部压力变大。内外形成了压强差使得瓦斯和粉尘颗粒向外喷出,形成喷孔和卡钻,导致钻孔施工深度浅。通过针对性的改进钻孔施工工艺,使钻孔施工长度显著增加。研究结果对乌东煤矿和其他类似矿井今后的顺层长钻孔施工具有重要的指导作用。In response to the situation that the drill hole could not be constructed normally due to the jamming,top drilling and poor slag discharge during the drilling process in the Wudong coal mine,the main reason for the spray hole and jamming is that the drill pipe makes the hole diameter smaller,which affects the discharge of gas and coal dust particles and makes the internal pressure bigger.The pressure difference between inside and outside makes the gas and dust particles spray outward,resulting in spray holes and stuck holes,which leads to shallow drilling depth.By improving the drilling process,the drilling length was significantly increased.The results of the study will be an important guide for the future construction of long drill holes in Wudong coal mine and other similar mines.
