摘　　要：目的构建《排卵障碍性不孕症中西医结合诊疗指南》(以下简称《指南》)的专家调研问卷,以便最终建立《指南》。方法采用德尔菲法,在文献调研的基础上编制《指南》第一轮专家问卷,向全国58位专家发送调查问卷,从临床问题、辨证分型、结局指标等方面进行评分,对问卷的专家意见集中程度、协调程度及问卷信度进行评价。结果回收有效问卷58份,专家积极系数为100%,临床问题问卷Cronbach’s α系数为0.944,辨证分型问卷Cronbach’s α系数为0.930,结局指标问卷Cronbach’s α系数为0.934,初步筛选《指南》的临床问题、辨证分型与结局指标。结论专家对排卵障碍性不孕症临床问题、辨证分型与结局指标的集中程度和协调程度不一,尚需进一步进行专家问卷调查,使专家意见逐步达成共识,以建立临床实用且科学的《指南》。Objective To formulate expert survey questionnaire in Guidelines for the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of ovulatory disorder infertility(hereinafter referred to as“the Guidelines”);To finally establish the Guidelines.Methods Delphi method was used to compile the first round of expert questionnaire of the Guideline on the basis of literature research.The questionnaire was sent to 58 experts nationwide.The clinical problems,syndrome differentiation and outcome indicators were scored,and the concentration,coordination and reliability of the expert opinions of the questionnaire were evaluated.Results Totally 58 valid questionnaires were collected.The positive coefficient of experts was 100%;the Cronbach’s α coefficient of the clinical problems questionnaire was 0.944;the Cronbach’s α coefficient of the syndrome differentiation questionnaire was 0.930;the Cronbach’s α coefficient of the outcome indicators questionnaire was 0.934.The clinical problems,syndrome differentiation and outcome indicators of the Guidelines were under preliminary screening.Conclusion Experts have different degrees of concentration and coordination of clinical problems,syndrome differentiation and outcome indicators of ovulatory disorder infertility.Further expert questionnaire survey is needed to gradually reach a consensus on the opinions of experts,so as to establish a clinical practical and scientific guideline.
