基于气络学说辨治心血管神经症

摘　　要：心血管神经症是目前发病率越来越高的心内科疾病之一,西医认为其可能与神经类型、遗传、性格等有关,临床治疗以心理咨询、抗焦虑抑郁药物为主,但效果欠佳,且药物不良反应较多,患者接受度不高。本文基于中医气络学说,结合气络-神经-内分泌-免疫网络及双心医学理论,就心血管神经症与心之气络、肝之气络之间的相关性进行阐述,并提出相应治法方药,为临床治疗提供参考。Cardiovascular neurosis is one of the diseases of cardiology with an increasing incidence.Western medicine believes that it may be related to neurological types,heredity,personality,etc.The clinical treatment is mainly psychological counseling,anti-anxiety and depression drugs,but the effect is not good.The side effects are obvious,and the patients’acceptance is not high.Based on the qi-collateral theory in TCM,combined with the qi collaterals-neural-endocrine-immune network and the theory of double-heart medicine,this article expounded the correlation between cardiovascular neurosis and the qi collaterals of the heart and the liver,and proposed corresponding treatment methods and prescriptions,which could provide reference for clinical treatment.
