摘　　要：丁腈橡胶以及丁腈橡胶发泡材料由于其独特的结构、优良的耐油、耐高温等特性,在国民经济、军工等方面有着无可取代的地位。本文主要研究了NBR化学发泡的制备及性能。重点讨论了几种发泡剂高温分解特性、发泡剂复配及添加助剂对AC分解温度的影响以及发泡剂用量对发泡制品的综合性能影响,得出了最佳发泡剂的配方及用量,为开发新型发泡橡胶提供了新的思路。NBR and NBR foam materials have irreplaceable status in national economy and military industry due to their unique structure,excellent oil resistance,high temperature resistance and other characteristics.This paper mainly studied the preparation and properties of NBR chemical foaming.The decomposition characteristics of several foaming agents at high temperature,the effects of foaming agent composition and additives on the decomposition temperature of AC,and the effects of foaming agent dosage on the comprehensive properties of foaming products were emphatically discussed.The optimum formula and dosage of foaming agent were obtained,which provided a new idea for the development of new foaming rubber.
