摘  要:混合酸溶,以磷酸固定硼元素,盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸混合酸溶,碱化样品,分离铁干扰,以ICP-AES测试,建立碳酸盐中硼元素的测试方法。当溶样系数是100时,硼的检出限为1 mg/kg,定量限为4 mg/kg;线性范围为0.05~50 mg/L;线性相关系数为1.000;将该法应用到碳酸盐中硼元素的分析,其加标回收率为94.6%~106.2%;相对标准偏差为0.21%~0.86%;该方法克服了垂直电极-发射光谱法测试碳酸中的样品容易飞溅,样品的准确度和精确度不足等问题,适合大批量样品的分析测试。Mixed acid dissolution,fixed boron with phosphoric acid,mixed acid dissolution with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid,alkalization of samples,separation of iron interference,and ICP-AES test to establish a test method for boron in carbonate.When the sample dissolution coefficient is 100,the detection limit of boron is 1 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit is 4 mg/kg.The linear range is 0.05~50 mg/L.The linear correlation coefficient is 1.000.The method was applied to the analysis of boron in carbonate,and the recovery rate was 94.6%~106.2%.The relative standard deviation is 0.21%~0.86%.This method overcomes the problems of sample splashing in the test of carbonic acid by vertical electrode-emission spectrometry,and the lack of accuracy and accuracy of samples,and is suitable for the analysis and test of large quantities of samples.
