摘  要:随着城市化的不断推进,在工业、养殖业和农业的迅速发展下,大量氨氮会流入河流中,造成水体富营养化,影响当地的生态环境和经济发展。目前的氨氮在线监测方法跟实验室的国家标准方法还存在一定差异性,为了更好地选择氨氮在线监测方法,并且提高自动监测方法的价值性和有效性,本文将氨氮在线监测方法和实验室国家标准方法进行比对,具体会结合加标回收率测试、标准物质核查和悬浮物等方面展开实验,以期可以明确在线监测方法的准确度和精密度,使其满足监测的需求,避免氨氮对水体造成污染。With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the rapid development of industry,aquaculture and agriculture,a large amount of ammonia nitrogen will flow into the river,resulting in eutrophication of water body and affecting the local ecological environment and economic development.There are some differences between the current ammonia nitrogen online monitoring method and the national standard method of the laboratory.In order to better select the ammonia nitrogen online monitoring method and improve the value and effectiveness of the automatic monitoring method,this paper compares the ammonia nitrogen online monitoring method with the national standard method of the laboratory,and will carry out experiments in combination with the spiked recovery test,standard material verification and suspended solids.It is hoped that the accuracy and precision of the online monitoring method can be clarified,so that it can meet the monitoring requirements and avoid the pollution of water caused by ammonia nitrogen.
