摘 要:对选煤厂煤泥回收系统存在问题进行分析,并通过煤泥筛分试验结果提出采用高频筛对煤泥水中粒径0.5~1.0 mm煤泥进行回收。依据现场情况对改进策略以及改进方案进行设计,并进行工程应用。结果表明,通过采用高频筛对煤泥水处理后粗煤泥回收率得以提升,不仅可提升选煤厂经济效益而且实现了洗水闭路循环。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the slime recovery system of the coal preparation plant,and proposes to use the high-frequency screen to recover the slime with the particle size of 0.5~1.0 mm in the slime water through the slime screening test results.It designs the improvement strategy and plan according to the site conditions and carries out engineering application.The results show that the coarse slime recovery rate can be improved by using high-frequency screen to treat slime water,which can not only improve the economic benefits of the coal preparation plant,but also realize the closed-circuit cycle of washing water.
