摘 要:为了解决22610工作面采空区上隅角瓦斯超限问题,采用数值模拟对不同埋管深度及高抽巷层位下瓦斯抽采效果进行分析,根据实际情况进行模型建立,通过模拟不同层位瓦斯分布情况发现高抽巷布置位置距离上隅角越远,上隅角瓦斯治理越困难。同时为加强上隅角瓦斯治理,对不同埋管深度下上隅角瓦斯浓度分布进行分析,发现采空区上隅角瓦斯浓度随埋管深度增加呈现先降低后增加的趋势,最佳采空区埋管深度为40 m。研究成果为上隅角瓦斯治理提供一定的参考。In order to solve the gas overrun problem in the upper corner of the goaf of 22610 working face,Duerping mine uses numerical simulation to analyze the gas drainage effect under different buried pipe depths and high-pressure drainage roadway layers,and establishes the model according to the actual situation.By simulating the gas distribution in different layers,it is found that the farther the high-pressure drainage roadway is arranged from the upper corner,the more difficult it is to control the gas in the upper corner.At the same time,in order to strengthen the gas control in the upper corner,the gas concentration distribution in the upper corner under different pipe burial depths is analyzed.It is found that the gas concentration and pipe burial depth in the upper corner of the goaf first decrease and then increase,and the best pipe burial depth in the goaf is 40 m.It provides a certain reference for gas control in the upper corner.
