摘 要:5303综采工作面为带压开采且采面开采范围内断层构造发育,底板发育导水断层会降低底板隔水层有效厚度从而增加底板突水风险。为确保5303综采工作面回采安全,在对断层对底板突水影响分析基础上,提出通过注浆方式增加底板隔水层有效厚度,提高采面生产安全系数、避免底板突水。根据现场条件对注浆加固方案进行设计并进行工程应用,结果表明采面在生产过程中底板始终保持干燥、未出现底板涌水情况,底板防治水工作取得较好应用效果。The 5303 fully mechanized mining face is under pressure and the fault structure is developed within the mining range of the mining face.The development of water-conducting fault on the floor will reduce the effective thickness of the floor water-resisting layer and increase the risk of water inrush from the floor.In order to ensure the mining safety of 5303 fully mechanized mining face,based on the analysis of the impact of faults on water inrush from the floor,it is proposed to increase the effective thickness of the floor water-resisting layer through grouting,improve the production safety factor of the mining face,and avoid water inrush from the floor.According to the site conditions,the grouting reinforcement scheme was designed and applied in the project.The results showed that the floor was always dry during the production process of the mining face,and there was no water gushing from the floor.The floor water prevention and control work achieved good application results.
