摘 要:为了解决土壤中重金属对水资源、人类健康造成威胁的问题,避免采用传统物理、化学方法处理土壤重金属所导致的二次污染,提出采用微生物对土壤中的重金属进行治理的思路。在对土壤重金属含量分析的基础上,对H_(1)细菌、H_(2)细菌、Su_(1)真菌、Su_(2)真菌四种菌株对土壤中重金属Cd、Cu以及Pb的活化作用展开研究,最后得出:Su_(1)真菌菌株对土壤中重金属具有较佳的活化作用。In order to solve the problem that heavy metals in soil pose a threat to water resources and human health,and avoid the secondary pollution caused by traditional physical and chemical methods to treat heavy metals in soil,the idea of using microorganisms to treat heavy metals in soil is proposed.Based on the analysis of the content of heavy metals in soil,the activation of heavy metals Cd,Cu and Pb in soil by four strains of H_(1)bacteria,H_(2)bacteria,Su_(1)fungus and Su_(2)fungus was studied.Finally,it was concluded that the strain of Su_(1)fungus had a better activation effect on heavy metals in soil.
