摘　　要：痛苦在姑息治疗群体中普遍存在,是影响姑息治疗患者及其家庭照顾者生命质量的重要因素。对姑息治疗患者痛苦评估工具的评估内容、测量方法、应用现状及优缺点等展开综述,分析目前姑息治疗患者痛苦评估工具存在的问题并提出建议,旨在为我国姑息痛苦治疗提供借鉴。Suffering is prevalent in the palliative care population and is an important factor affecting the quality of life of palliative care patients and their family caregivers.In this paper,we review the assessment content,measurement methods,current application status and advantages and disadvantages of suffering assessment tools for palliative care patients,analyze the problems of current suffering assessment tools for palliative care patients and make suggestions,aiming to provide reference for palliative suffering treatment in China.
